Welcome to our villa! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please read and follow the rules below.

  1. ✅ Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.

  1. 🛑 House Rules

  • No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

  • No pets allowed (unless approved in advance).

  • No parties or events without prior approval.

  • No loud noise after 10:00 PM to respect neighbours and local regulations.

  • Maximum occupancy: 2 guests in each rooms

  1. 🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Please keep the villa tidy.

  • Daily housekeeping is available.

  • Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.

  • Guests will be charged for any excessive damage or missing items.

  1. 🔒 Safety & Security

  • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the villa.

  • Do not share the access code/key with anyone outside your group.

  • The villa is equipped with CCTV (only in public/exterior areas) / a security system

  1. 💧 Utilities & Usage

  • Use water and electricity responsibly.

  • Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
